Digital products
All our products are digital files delivered by download. Please read the product description carefully before buying, including the file format, number of pages, and whether the product is printable or playable on screen.
Your right to cancel
Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom normally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content, this right ends once the download has started, if you have:
- expressly agreed at checkout to receive the digital content immediately, and
- acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel once the download begins.
We will confirm this in your order confirmation email. If you have not yet downloaded your files, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@cozycrimefiles.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Faulty or incorrect files
If a file is corrupted, incomplete, does not open, or is not the product you ordered, please contact us at support@cozycrimefiles.com with your order number and a short description or screenshot of the problem. We will send you a working file. If we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a full refund. This does not affect your legal rights.
Legal guarantee
Our digital products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity that applies in your country. If a product does not match its description or does not work as stated, you may be entitled to have it fixed, or to a price reduction or refund. Our voluntary policy is in addition to, and does not replace, these rights.
Customers in Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Customers in the United States, Canada, New Zealand and other countries: your purchase is covered by the consumer rights that apply under the laws of your state, province or country.
Change of mind
Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once the download has started, except where required by law. If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, please contact us before buying.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights that apply to your purchase under the laws of your country or region.
